Through my editorial assignments I´ve been lucky to travel across Norway, meeting small-scale producers, farmers, and artisans who pour their hard work and passion into creating the food we eat. I tell their stories with the same values I bring to every assignment: curiosity, respect, and a careful attention to detail.I honestly believe food tastes better when you know where it comes from—and even more when you know who made it.
